Job Description

• This role resides at the DC for all DC related initiatives of new DC and other big initiatives at existing DCs until transitioned to Production support and Local Release management teams.
• They are “boots on the ground” that support E2E integrated testing.
• May support test data for specific needs and develop additional test scenarios, aside from parcel, non-parcel, that are instrumental to UAT. May apply scenarios from other DCs.
• Support in reviewing and providing guidance on test scenarios, test steps and WM process related questions.
• Validate test results and reporting testing issues to Configuration Team.
• Report issue to WM Configuration team to analyze root cause for any issues and we provide guidance on the process to DC Operations.
• Support DC Operations to create Work Instruction by sharing the Quality Team Documentations.
• Provide "Boots on the Ground" training on existing and new functionality separate from Transportation Management Systems (TMS) training.
• Collaborating on the coordination and plan of execution of multiple NASC projects across multiple DCs.
• Support physical device testing in DCs.
• Provide guidance on type of data to accommodate SIT/UAT and ad hoc unit testing for WMS.

• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems -- Warehouse Management Systems knowledge, specifically Manhattan
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
